Terms of Service

1. Service Scope & Definitions

Definitions: "Client" refers to the entity placing an order for commercial or branding purposes. "Products" refers to custom can coolers and neoprene goods manufactured by QaCoolerSupply.

Scope: As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), we provide a full-service solution including design verification, material sourcing, printing, sewing, and global logistics.

2. MOQ & Pricing

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): To maintain factory-direct wholesale pricing, our standard MOQ is 500 units.
• Pricing Transparency: We operate on a transparent pricing model with No Setup Fees for standard printing.
• Exclusions: Prices typically exclude destination duties and taxes unless explicitly stated as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

3. Customization & Art Requirements

Artwork: Clients must provide vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or high-res .PDF). We are not responsible for blurriness caused by low-quality original files.

Virtual Proofs: We provide a free 3D digital proof before mass production. Once a proof is approved in writing, no further changes can be made.

Color Accuracy: Due to material textures and heat-sublimation processes, a color variance of up to 10% is considered industry standard.

4. Production & Lead Times

Standard Lead Time: Usually 7-10 business days after proof approval. This may extend during peak seasons or holidays.

Rush Production: 24-48 hour rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to current production line capacity.

Logistics: While we partner with premium carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL), we are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier strikes.

5. Quality Guarantee & Claims

Tolerances: Due to the handmade nature of sewing, a size tolerance of ±0.5cm is standard.

Claims Window: Any claims regarding defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Remedies: For verified factory errors, we will offer a reproduction of the defective items, a proportional refund, or a credit for future orders.

6. IP & Compliance

Client Warranty: You warrant that you own the rights to all logos and designs provided. You agree to indemnify QaCoolerSupply against any third-party IP infringement claims.

Display Rights: Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display completed custom products in our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Payment & Cancellation

Payment Terms: 100% upfront payment is required for custom production. We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Credit Cards, and PayPal.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (minus transaction fees) before proof approval. Once production begins, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or via the courts in the jurisdiction of our corporate headquarters.
