Please choose high-contrast colors. For example, printing black on a dark navy koozie will be hard to read. We strongly recommend "Light on Dark" or "Dark on Light". We follow your selection strictly but are not responsible for low-visibility issues due to color choices.

For our online design tool, JPG and PNG are fine (300 DPI recommended). For professional factory-grade results, we strongly recommend vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) to ensure razor-sharp printing.

We primarily use FedEx, UPS, or DHL for global express shipping. For some free shipping options, we partner with USPS to ensure reliable delivery to your door.
